Advertisements and landing pages must be lawful, honest, functional and consistent with these policies. Advertisers are responsible for substantiating claims and obtaining permissions, licences and disclosures.
Prohibited advertising
- Illegal products or services, scams, malware, counterfeit goods and deceptive business practices.
- Weapons, illicit drugs, sexual exploitation and other dangerous goods or conduct.
- Discriminatory offers or targeting, including unlawful exclusion from housing, employment or credit opportunities.
- Sensational, manipulative or materially misleading claims.
Restricted categories
Age-restricted goods, financial products, health products, political advertising, gambling and other sensitive categories may require authorization, disclosures, geographic limits or may be unavailable. The strictest applicable product and local-law rule controls.
Targeting and data
- Use targeting tools lawfully and fairly.
- Do not infer or exploit highly sensitive traits in prohibited ways.
- Do not upload audience data without a valid legal basis and appropriate notice.
- Do not attempt to identify individuals from aggregate reporting.
Review and enforcement
We may review creative, copy, targeting, destination pages and advertiser history before or after delivery. Outcomes can include rejection, delivery limits, account restriction or refund treatment under the applicable payment terms.
Changes to this document
We may update this document to reflect changes to Nabtap, the law or the way we protect the community. When a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to its significance and request fresh acceptance where required.
