You own your work

Nabtap does not take ownership of the original content you create. The limited licence in our Terms lets us host, display, distribute and technically adapt that content to operate the service.

Respect the rights of others

  • Share work you created, licensed or are otherwise entitled to use.
  • Attribution alone does not replace permission.
  • Exceptions such as fair use, fair dealing, quotation, parody or criticism depend on local law and context.

Counter-notices and repeat infringement

Where law permits, the affected user may challenge a removal with a valid counter-notice. We may restore content when the claimant does not begin legal action within the required period. Accounts that repeatedly infringe may lose features or be terminated, taking context and valid disputes into account.

Trademarks and impersonation

We act on uses of protected marks that are likely to confuse people about source, affiliation or endorsement. Commentary, comparison, news reporting and other lawful referential use are not automatically violations.

Changes to this document

We may update this document to reflect changes to Nabtap, the law or the way we protect the community. When a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to its significance and request fresh acceptance where required.
