The agreement between us
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Glemad Inc., the company that provides Nabtap. By creating an account, accessing Nabtap or continuing to use the service after an update takes effect, you agree to these Terms and the policies they incorporate.
If you use Nabtap for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. Additional commercial, payment, advertising, developer or monetization terms apply when you use those services.
Who may use Nabtap
- You must meet the minimum age required in your country and be legally able to enter this agreement.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You may not use Nabtap if we previously disabled your account for a serious violation, unless we give written permission.
- You may not use the service where doing so would violate applicable sanctions or other law.
What you can expect from us
Nabtap provides tools to publish visual posts, videos and live experiences; take part in public and private conversations; build a professional identity; form communities; and, where available, earn through creator and commercial features.
We may improve, add, limit or retire features. We will aim to give reasonable notice when a change materially reduces a core paid service, unless safety, security or law requires faster action.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the Community Guidelines and all laws that apply to you and your content.
- Do not impersonate others, manipulate engagement, scrape without permission, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
- Do not sell, license or transfer your account without our written permission.
- Respect intellectual-property, privacy, publicity and other rights.
Your content and licence to operate the service
You retain ownership of content you create. To host, display, distribute, recommend, adapt for technical formats and otherwise operate Nabtap, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use content you share, consistent with your settings and this agreement. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal and integrity-retention periods.
You are responsible for having the rights needed to share your content. We do not claim ownership of your name, likeness, brand or original work.
Enforcement, suspension and appeals
We may remove content, limit distribution, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce our rules, protect people or comply with law. We consider context, severity, history and the risk of harm. Where appropriate, we explain the decision and offer an appeal.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Nabtap and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, payment obligations, dispute terms and limits of liability—remain in effect after termination.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Nabtap is provided with reasonable care and skill, but availability can be affected by maintenance, networks and events outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or every item of user-generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to this document
We may update this document to reflect changes to Nabtap, the law or the way we protect the community. When a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to its significance and request fresh acceptance where required.
