Why we report
Transparency makes moderation and government access open to scrutiny. Our reports aim to show what rules were enforced, at what scale, with what outcomes and where measurement has limits.
What reports may cover
- Content and account actions by policy area.
- Appeals received and decisions reversed.
- Recommendation restrictions and proactive detection.
- Government data requests and content restrictions.
- Copyright, trademark and impersonation reports.
- Coordinated manipulation, spam and integrity disruptions.
Method
We define metrics, reporting periods and material methodology changes. Counts may be rounded or withheld where publishing them could expose victims, reveal security methods or create statistically misleading conclusions.
Context and limitations
No single metric proves safety or fairness. We publish context about automation, duplicate reports, restored content, geographic coverage and known data-quality limits so readers can interpret results responsibly.
Changes to this document
We may update this document to reflect changes to Nabtap, the law or the way we protect the community. When a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to its significance and request fresh acceptance where required.
