Access
Developer access is a limited, revocable permission to use approved Nabtap APIs, SDKs, credentials and documentation for a registered application. It does not transfer ownership of Nabtap technology or user data.
Your application
- Provide accurate app, owner, purpose and privacy information.
- Request only permissions necessary for a clear user-facing feature.
- Keep credentials confidential and separate production from test access.
- Maintain a working privacy notice, support channel and deletion process.
Permitted use of data
Use Nabtap data only for the purpose the person understood and authorized. Do not sell it, use it to build surveillance profiles, combine it for unrelated eligibility decisions or retain it longer than necessary.
Security and incidents
Apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access affecting Nabtap credentials or data, preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with remediation.
Review and termination
We may review applications, require evidence of compliance, limit permissions or suspend access to protect users or the platform. On termination, stop API calls and delete data unless retention is legally required.
Changes to this document
We may update this document to reflect changes to Nabtap, the law or the way we protect the community. When a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to its significance and request fresh acceptance where required.
