How regional notices work

The Privacy Policy applies globally. This page supplements it where local law requires additional disclosures, legal bases or rights. The notice for your place of residence controls if it provides stronger protection.

Possible regional rights

  • Know, access and receive a portable copy of personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate information and delete information subject to exceptions.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing and withdraw consent.
  • Opt out of defined sale, sharing or targeted advertising activities where applicable.
  • Appeal a denied privacy request and contact a supervisory authority.

Verification and authorized agents

We verify requests in a way proportionate to their sensitivity. An authorized agent may act where local law permits, but we may require proof of authority and direct confirmation from the account holder.

We may update this document to reflect changes to Nabtap, the law or the way we protect the community. When a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to its significance and request fresh acceptance where required.
